Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box to ensure a successful inspection.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
